= $5–15K Construction & Materials + $5K Design Fee

This is for you if

You want your small powder room (no tub or shower) to make a big impact.

To achieve this, we will

  • Reimagine walls and ceiling with paint and/or wallpaper
  • Select lights that set the mood
  • Find incredible art, textiles, and accessories

Partial Renovation

$30–45K

= $14.5–29.5K Construction & Materials + $15.5K Design Fee

This is for you if

You like the layout of your bathroom but dislike your look.

To achieve this, we will

  • Do all of the above, plus:
  • Create a custom tile plan that pops
  • Source a cool sink, tub, and/or toilet and make small moves to plumbing connections as needed
  • Reinvent your shower situation
  • Design custom carpentry elements

Full Renovation

$45–60K

= $27,500–42,500 Construction & Materials + $17.5K Design Fee

This is for you if

You need to reinvent your layout entirely.

To achieve this, we will

  • Do all of the above, plus:
  • Design the perfect new layout and relocate major plumbing fixtures accordingly
  • Create a complete AutoCAD drawing with 2 revisions
Initial Consultation: The first step costs $600 and will be fully reimbursed if your project goes under contract.

The first step is a complimentary Discovery Call. After the call, we'll schedule your Initial Consultation — a time for you to share your desired outcomes and for us to assess what's needed. The $600 Initial Consultation fee is fully reimbursed if your project goes under contract. We'll send a simple proposal within 1 week.

Can I get a more dialed-in estimate for my specific project?

Yes! We create a high- and low-end budget for construction and materials as part of the proposal we send after your Initial Consultation.

What timeline can I expect?

We're running bathroom projects on an 8-week timeline. Here's what it looks like:

  • Weeks 1–4: We source all the secondhand elements needed to construct your space using our signature layered approach.
  • Weeks 5–7: We shift into project management mode while our trusted partners rebuild your space.
  • Week 8: We return to install wallpaper, window treatments, and style your space.
  • Week 9 (Optional): We'll hold this week to wrap up your project in the event of any unanticipated delays.
